Staff spoke excellent English and went above and beyond to help us during our stay. This began with email confirmations of our booking and check in. On arrival we were given an upgrade as we were staying for 6 nights and requested single beds. The view from our room over the Spanish Steps was incredible and could not be beaten. In addition to the room, we had the use of two lounge areas and a patio area with coffee making facilities. The reception staff helped us calmly to re-arrange a private tour booking which we had inadvertently made for the wrong month! They provided advice on the use of the metro and helped us to find a local taxi for our final run to the airport. The breakfast staff were very polite and always served beautifully cooked to order requested choices with a smile. The hotel's central location provided an excellent base for us to explore the city on foot. Staying in the apartments away from the main reception it was very reassuring to have a porter/security officer at the bottom of the stairs with a view over the entrance lobby.

Great location. Close to all attractions with a lot of dining options in walking distance. Staff were super nice and friendly and the rooftop is a great addition with the fantastic service. We want to specially call out Hezzi and Albert that gave a personal touch to everything they do and always with a smile and willingness to help in any way.
